At TALA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition. If your order isn't quite right, our simple online portal makes it easy to process a return or exchange in just a few clicks.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select Outcome

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items in their original packaging and download your pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
